My dads birthday was today. We got a small toy boat that we played with in the morning. We tested how far it would go and we got it about 500 feet before we could barely see it. Later, I baked an angel cake (which basically doubled in size?!) I dyed it light purple with food colouring. When we took the cake out of the oven it had gotten bigger and was a golden brown colour. We cut it in half and added chocolate frosting inside and vanilla icing. we added food colouring on the top and swirled it around. I put the candles and sparklers in. My dad blew the candles and sparklers out and we enjoyed cake and french vanilla ice cream.
